The paper titled “Dynamic Range Aware LTE Uplink P0 Optimization in HetNet” by Henrik Martikainen, Ingo Viering and Bernhard Wegmann was accepted to be presented at the IEEE ICC 2016 Conference, May 23-27, 2016 in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. The research for this paper was done in cooperation with Nokia during the years 2014 to 2016.
The presented method optimizes the LTE uplink transmission power P0 parameter automatically taking the heterogeneous network properties into account. The eNodeB received uplink power differences i.e. uplink dynamic range plays an important role in the optimization.
